The condition of our company is not so good this year. There are so many colleagues left and to get a new poision in other companies, others can't concentrate on work too. Maybe some sites will be closed in the near future. Our new GM are good at cost reduction and downsizing.  our team members reduce 30%   and the applications of recruiting was reject again by GM. The work loading is harder for us.       We are just engineer, but we can learn that the economic environment was not so good from the company's codition.  The PO was dramatically reduced because the bad economic environment. It's getting more harder to earn money for most industry , and more difficult to get a new job.        Calm down and study hard to improve myself  in order to get a better position.
